A company has nearly completed building a big thing they call The Metro. As one of the finishing touches, they wanted to resurface Buccleuch Lane (which is part-owned by me and the other flat owners). They went ahead without our permission, changing its slope in the process, and the result can be clearly seen on this photo. 🙁
