How to peel a banana

When I encountered this video a few days ago, I thought it was a joke.

However, I’ve now opened several bananas in this way over the last few days, and it really is much easier!

It’s just annoying that the wee dark thorn-shaped thing remains stuck in the end (or rather, top) of the banana.
