The sign says: “Jumping from the bridge and bathing in the harbour outwith the marked facilities is prohibited and subject to the death penalty. The Police”
You know (of course you do; but maybe not all of your Enlish reading readers do)- somebody made a spelling “correction” 😉 It did say ‘bødestraf’ – it’s called a ticket in English, right? But the new text is much more funny 😉
